Choose the Support That Feels Right

Whether you need a short space to talk things through, a deeper session to understand long-standing patterns, or a more supported month of guided inner work, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, make sense of what you feel, and move forward with more clarity.

What These Sessions Are Really About

These sessions are not about giving quick advice or telling you what to do. They are guided conversations that help you understand your thoughts, emotional patterns, reactions, relationships and the deeper reasons behind how you respond to life.

You do not need to come with perfect words or a clear problem. You can arrive with confusion, questions, heaviness, overthinking, or simply the feeling that something inside needs to be understood.

Teen Talk

A short, focused session to help people under 19 to understand a specific thought, situation, or emotional block. Ideal when you feel emotionally stuck, confused, need clarity and immediate perspective.

What happens:

You start with all the doubts, questions and confusion. Then we connect the dots of all problems to look at one specific thing that’s been on your mind, and work through it in a way that makes sense to you. Just clarity.

Includes:

Regular Session

A balanced session where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and recurring patterns in detail. These 75 min provides you clarity, confidence, customised homework and activities to deal your regular challenges.

What happens:

This session goes beyond what is happening on the surface. You explore the patterns underneath, how your nervous system may have learned to keep you safe, and what it could feel like to respond to life with more choice.

Includes:

Deep Dive

An intensive session is to understand long-standing patterns, emotional loops, and the way your mind works at its core. These 120 mins provides you various tools, techniques, routine, exercises, and follow up messages.

What happens:

This is an unhurried, in-depth session. It can be one long conversation or split into two connected parts if needed. The pace is gentle and nervous-system informed, allowing space for what your body and mind are ready to explore.

Includes:

30 Days towards Clarity

It is Jass’ signature programme — a full month of structured inner work designed for people who are tired of understanding their patterns in theory but not shifting them in real life. This is not a course. This is a real, personal, evolving relationship between you and Jass built over four weeks where each session builds on the last, and the work continues between sessions through practices, tools, and gentle accountability

What one month looks like:

Week 1 — Understanding – We map what’s actually happening — your nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and the reactions or behaviours that feel automatic. You begin seeing yourself clearly, without judgment.

Week 2 — Connecting the Dots – We trace where these patterns came from. Not to blame the past, but to understand it — so it stops driving your present without your permission.

Week 3 — Practising Something Different –This is where new responses begin to take shape. Slowly, through small moments and practical tools you can actually use in daily life — not just inside a session.

Week 4 — Integration – We reflect on what has shifted, what still needs time, and what you want to carry forward. You leave with clarity, a personalised toolkit, and a grounded understanding of what continued growth can look like for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens in a session — what is this, really?

A session with Jass is not advice-giving, and it’s not therapy. It’s a guided
conversation where you slow down, look inward, and start making sense of the
patterns, reactions, and emotions that have been quietly running your life.

Depending on which session you book, you might explore why you respond to stress
the way you do, where a particular emotional pattern comes from, or how your
nervous system has learned to protect you in ways that no longer serve you.
approach.

You don’t need to come prepared with the “right” words or a clear problem. You just
need to show up. The session finds its own direction from there.

What happens if I miss my session or don't show up?

If you’re running late, she will wait up to 20 minutes from your scheduled start time. A
reminder is also sent to you through email to join the session.

If you haven’t joined within 20 minutes and haven’t been in touch, the session is
considered a no-show and the full session fee is not refunded. This policy exists to
protect Jasmine’s time and ensure every client receives her full, undivided presence.

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can — genuine
emergencies are handled with care and kindness, always.

A 20% discount can be offered in case you rebook the session.

Can I bring my partner or a friend to a session?

For the Regular Session and Teen Talk, sessions are one-to-one only. This is
intentional — the depth of the work requires a private, safe space where you can
speak freely without editing yourself for someone else in the room.

However, if you’d like to work through something together — a relationship dynamic,
a shared pattern, or simply want the support of someone you trust — the Deep Dive
session offers a dual booking option. You and your partner or friend can join
together for the extended session, and the work will be shaped around both of you.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes — rescheduling is allowed up to 3 hours before your session start time.
Simply send a message on WhatsApp or via email with your preferred new time, and
she’ll do her best to accommodate you.

Reschedule requests made less than 3 hours before the session start time cannot be
accommodated, and the session will be treated as a no-show under the missed
session policy above.

I've never done anything like this before — is this right for me?

If you’re asking that question, the answer is probably yes.

Most people who work with Jass have never been to a coach or therapist before.
Many come from backgrounds where talking about emotions wasn’t normalised —
where you were expected to push through, stay strong, or keep things within the
family. Some are living abroad and navigating a version of themselves they don’t
quite recognise.

If you’re curious, if something in you is saying maybe it’s time — that’s enough. Start
with a Regular Session and see how it feels. There’s no pressure to commit to
anything beyond that first conversation.
