Welcome to Jas Thinks. By accessing this website, booking a session, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Rescheduling Policy
- Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling requests made within less than 6 hours may not be accepted
Cancellation Policy
- Once a session is booked, cancellations are not permitted
- Instead, clients are encouraged to reschedule within the allowed time window
Refund Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
- The session cannot be conducted from our side
- There is a technical or scheduling issue caused by us
No-Show Policy
- If a client does not attend the session at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show
- No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund
Late Arrivals
- If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
- The full session fee will apply
Exceptional Cases
- Any exceptions to this policy will be handled at our discretion
