Welcome to Jas Thinks. By accessing this website, booking a session, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled time
  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 6 hours may not be accepted

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a session is booked, cancellations are not permitted
  • Instead, clients are encouraged to reschedule within the allowed time window

Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
    • The session cannot be conducted from our side
    • There is a technical or scheduling issue caused by us

No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not attend the session at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show
  • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund

Late Arrivals

  • If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
  • The full session fee will apply

Exceptional Cases

  • Any exceptions to this policy will be handled at our discretion
